Hello friends
Just one more information as my friends are married in AbuDhabi Court, and they got marriage certificate attested from Ministry of Forign Affairs UAE.
Boy will come back to UK and girl will back to Pakistan. (Boy has indian nationality and girl has pakistani Nationality)

2- Girl will go back to pakistan, does she need to register her marriage any where, or get attested from any other authorties in UAE and in Pakistan before she applied for spouse visa dependent Skilled worker visa.

3- Please advis if there is Any other requirment before she apply.
Your Guidance will be highly appreciated.

Thankyou in advance

Crucially, has your male friend ever been married before? If he has ever been married before, does he have a decree absolute from the first marriage?

Is he a nurse or care worker?

If he's on care worker occupation code then eligibility depends on when he started working.

Hello Seniors
Need some help again for one of my family friends
As they got married in Duabi and man is planing to apply for spouse , as spouse is still in paksitan after marriage.
BUT NOW things are comming up as Travel history of girl is very bad...

She seeked asylum with her family in Thiland and then as their mother was not well and they went back to Pakistan or thier asylam was not approved... ( not sure yet which one is correct) and she left one of her brother in Thiland as he was having girlfriend there.

2- She went back to Thailand to see her brother in 2024 april, via Malaysia as they have some relative there and then went to Thailand...but caught by Thailand police and deported to Pakistan.
will this Travel history will effect on her UK spouse visa application. My friend is now worried.
I will be very gratefull for your input.
Sorry for telling your all this complicated stroy.
Thankyou in advace.
