MN1 query for my daughter's application

Hi,

I am applying for registration of a child under 18 as a British citizen using MN1 form.

Here are some details

I am an Indian citizen and my daughter was born in the UK in 2022.
I got my ILR this year (2025) and applying for my daughter's British citizenship now.

There is a question "Are you relying on your parent's permanent residence (either as an EEA National or the family member of an EEA National) as evidence of their settled status in the United Kingdom?"
Could you please confirm what should be the answer here ? As I am an Indian citizen, I think the answer should be NO but want to double check this.
