AN Naturalisation form: First Date of arrival

Hi Team,

Kindly advise on how to answer the question "When did you first arrive in the UK?"

My situation is that I came to the UK on Study Visa in Sept 2009 and left 2014. I returned back through Global Talent visa in October 2020. Which of these two dates should I present as first arrival date? Should the focus be only in the last 5 years of continuous stay only?
