Urgent Info required to apply Tier 1 General

Hi I am going to apply Tier 1 Visa asap.

I will be very thankful if you can provide input to me.

I am basicaaly having Indian Nationality and I am in European Country from last 5 Months. Please clarify my doubts as below

1) Whether I can apply from here (European Countru or not
2) If I can apply How would my income will be considered. I am still geting my salary in India and getting allowances here but allowances are not shown in Salary Slip so what other document i should ask to my company so that I can submit same.
3) Any other point I have to be careful as I am going to apply from other then my home country.

Hi,


I too have applied for my HSMP from a Europian country, but during that time i used to get my salary in Indian.

Below are the details i have submitted:

1) Latest 12 months salary slips received(Attested by your pay roll department -India)
2) Bank statements showing the salary details for the above pay slips (Original statements or attested by bank for online print outs).


check for the other documents required in the Tier1 application form.


Please let me know for any further clarifications.

Thanks a bunch for your response.

My doubt is:

As per my understanding for the period in which I am here in Europe and also I am applying from here - Earning Points will be calculated as per mcurrunt Location. And I am having allowances here but they are not mentioned in Salary Slip in India. So what document I should have to prove the same.

Your country of ernings would be India since you are on Indian payroll.
