Spouse visa returning after travel and Separation

I came as spouse visa,
After few months i called the police and claimed the i was unhappy and that was been treated bad, the police didn’t take action against me or him (My husband ) then i went to the social services and they advised me to make visa transfer form to transfer my visa to the gov. But i didn’t wait for the process and i traveled from UK to my country and didn’t come again and I send the social services that i will not come again definitely to UK , after few months i wanted to return back again to my husband and our relationship started ti be good again we still married, but i m now about one year out of UK , and unfortunately I received email that my visa will be cancelled soon .
We asked solicitor what is our situation now
He said that my visa already cancelled upon my departure from UK
and if i want to come again according to the email i received that i need to make new application
The solicitor said it will be with very hard security evidence and maybe yes or no

- my question is what is this evidence and if it hard to provide it ?
- is what said true that my visa already cancelled upon departure? And how do they know that i traveled
- can i claim against this decision before cancelling
Not that i m not with my husband about year now
- if every thing was okay / i will be under new immigration rules for 10years till ILR ?

The keyword here is will be cancelled, not cancelled. You need to enter the UK before that deadline.
We asked solicitor what is our situation now
He said that my visa already cancelled upon my departure from UK That's a pile of nonsense. You exiting the UK doesn't cancel your visa. Spouse visa's are valid for the duration they're issued for (2.5 years). Even your spouse can't cancel it. Renewing it is where the problem lies.
and if i want to come again according to the email i received that i need to make new application That's correct. So either spouse, DV or whatever suits you.

- is what said true that my visa already cancelled upon departure? And how do they know that i traveled Every flight list/manifest is logged for incomings and out goings. But that solicitor is just talking nonsense.
- can i claim against this decision before cancelling You just need to fly back to the UK ASAP. Not much can ever be done from outside the UK.

- if every thing was okay / i will be under new immigration rules for 10years till ILR ? It's not what you say, it's what your husband agrees to. Would he sponsor you still??

My husband agree because we still marry and our relationship came back good, so u mean if i came before cancellation i can enter with out any issues regarding my spouse visa yes it was 2.5 years but in the email they said they will cut it one year and give me few months then it will be cancelled, and this because i was about one year out UK with out living with my husband
