Tier1 Previous Earnings

Hi,

I need help about tier1 - general previous earnings.

I have break in my employment in the 15 months period, worked 10 months in the 15 months.

I have enough earnings for 10 months which i have worked.

There is a gap in the middle.

In Tier1 General Guide it is not mentioned anything on how to specify the unemployed period.

Can any one help me?

You do not need to worry about the gap in your employment as far as you have the required number of points.

Hi evvr_Murthy,

You have to specify the 12 month consecutive period for earnings.
It doesnot matter, whether you had a break in between, as long as you have sufficient earnings within 12 months earning periord claimed.

Do remember, that it is upto you to choose any 12 month consecutive period out of immediately 15 months prior to date of application.
