HSMP Extension for Contractor working through Own Limited

Hi All,
My HSMP extension is due in August 2009, I am currently contracting through my own limited which has two directors. We take very low salary that's less than 10k and high dividends. I am planning to provide the following documents as the proof of previous earning.

1. Salary slips.
2. Dividand Vouchers
3. Personal Bank Statement.

I need your opinion about this situation please.

He has very clearly stated the documents that he was sending. I am pretty sure the got his Tier i G extn very recently. Hope this helps
