Thanks , but this form asking me proof of sole responsibility of children but I am not single parent but spouse with kids , this I am applying on spouse basis not parent.

Sole responsibility is ONLY relevant when you are applying for ILR with children, while your spouse is NOT settled or British. You probably selected or answered something incorrectly on the form.

thanls a lot for reply, I will review the answer again , but i did mention my spouse citizenship details. I only answered Yes to the question Do you have Chinldern which led to the sole reposibilty section.

Thanks for reply, I filled out application , application says applying as partner, but documents its asking for in the end include tp provide Evidence of Parental responsibilty of child, while I am applying as a partner not as parent of british child ?? They only asking for parental responsibilty for one child , i mention other child as british as well but in documents it only asked for one child by mentioning name ?? is it ok ? thanks

I had the same issue 2 children aand husband all British. But asks similar questions about both parents responsibility towards caring for the children . Plus only ask me about one child too why is my eldest daughter she is 14. It application says depend relative settlement says no need to send documents which were sent to home office previously, what documents are needed for this application. Also is the best form to complete 10 years long residence without partner as can get quick application or he one for partner which is standard wait time ?

I need help , i have applied for ILR as spouse 10 Years route using Settelement Adult Ralative form, I have mentioned my two kids in the form both british , but they have asked me to provide Evidence of parent responsibility for One child. My question Is. What kind of documents they need for parent resposibility. And why they are asking as my application says, I am applying as a Partner of british citizen not as a parent.

Thanks sorry its not Sole responsibility they have asked but to provide the Proof of resposibility of Child not sole. Should I provide or if so what it could be ??
