At the time of writing, I'm not aware of any invitations going out, so please post here if you get yours (including how it was sent: post/email).

My status changed to Referred for Decision same time when they announced the ceremony. Not sure if it was just a coincidence or I will be included in the ceremony if I get approval.

Bravo, Peace! I'm June 2022 paper applicant...and still waiting, waiting, waiting.
It wasn't until 5 months later in Feb of 2023 that I was advised they had received my application.
So 36 months ago now since they acknowledged receipt of my application that I submitted 41 months ago!

BUT, my online file changed dates in November 2025, yet still says "application in progress". At least I know that SOMEBODY did SOMETHING in my file 4 months ago on November 17th!

Did you get a second E-Vetting request on 10 November?
I got it and disclosure viewed on 3 December.

No I did not receive another e-vetting invitation, but in October I proactively sent them a current police report!
I know as I've been waiting, they want an updated one every year, so I beat them to it!
