New born Dependant visa- No outcome yet

I applied dependent visa for my new born in UK; biometrics done on 22nd October. On 11th Nov, I got an email

We are in receipt of a visa application for the above named person.
I note that your father has permission until 28 November 2028 and your mother has permission until
03 April 2029.
Please confirm that your father will be making an application to extend his leave in the UK. Your fathers leave must match your mothers if you and your father are to be dependents of your mother. Please provide your fathers UAN number so we can process their application.
If your mother has sole responsibility for your care, please provide supporting evidence of this.
You will be granted permission until the date of whichever of your parents’ permission ends first, unless both parents have (or are being granted) settlement or British Citizenship, in which case you will be granted permission for 3 years

I did respond immediately, telling Father will extend his visa before expiry and happy for them to process the child's visa to match Father's visa expiry.

But since then nothing, chase up thrice, once after 6 weeks and then 12+ weeks.

Any advise, suggestion or clue what is going on? I believe I did respond appropriately and well within expectations, any similar experience here? Any idea of the ongoing timeline.
