Indefinite leave to remain

Hi my entry visa date is 08/04/2016 am on a ten years route spouse visa my ten years route has run out 08/04/2026 but my current visa runs out 19/10/2026 is it too late for me to apply for ILR ?

Your current visa expiry is irrelevant. You became eligible for ILR from (08/04/2026 + 10 years - 28 days)
