How to update spouse passport details on my OCI records?

My wife has a Bristish passport now. I am British and when I got my OCI, my wife was Indian.
Now I would like to update my wife passport details on my OCI records.
I do not see any option to do this under the Miscellaneous Services on the OCI services portal.
Could I get some advise on the procedure to update spouse passport details on my OCI records.

You add your wife name as spouse but not your wife's passport details. Have you added your spouse details when you apply for OCI?

Thanks, I have renewed my British passport as well and during the process of updating my details under the Miscellaneous Services (on the OCI services portal) I could see my wifes name with her passport details. So, I stopped short of updating my new passport details (stil have ~ 90 days) and wondered if I should update my wifes passport details first on my OCI records. I cannot remember if I gave my wifes passport details while appying for my OCI.
