Hi everyone,
I’ve received a UKVI request for further evidence for an application and the email says to upload documents via the application dashboard within 10 working days.
I can successfully log into the account and see the application reference, however there is no section/button anywhere to upload evidence or representations.
The email came from [home.office.atlas@notifications.service.gov.uk](mailto:home.office.atlas@notifications.service.gov.uk) and I’m not sure if replying to it will work as I believe it may be a no-reply address or replies are not monitored.
Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to submit the evidence when the upload option is missing?
