What form do I need to use for ILR ?

should I declare my CCJ debt in my ILR application

Hello
Please I need help on this issue, A court judgement was brought against me as a result of credit card debt and now the CCJ is on my Equifax , Experian accounts , can I declare this when i apply for my ILR next year ??
please can anyone help me on this

I was on job seekers allowance for 8 months should I declare this on my ILR application ?

Hello ,
Please I need help on this issue,
In 2020 during covid virus , I was just granted my first 2.5 years leave to remain as a partner of abritish citizen born and settled here , there was a locked down and before that I had no job so i went to the job centre and asked for job seekers allowance which after over a week of them contacting the home office , the job centre gave me allowance for 8 months before I got a job and it automatically stopped .
should i declare this in my ILR application application next year ??
please i need help on this .

Hello,
As someone whose spouse/partner is British born settled here in the uk, and I want to apply for my ILR after my 5 years what form should I use to apply for ILR please ?
can anyone help me on this ?

Any CCJ must be declared.
On the issue of benefits, Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance is part of the public funds. If you had no resource to public funds as a condition of your visa, then you should have NOT claimed such benefit, as that was against the condition of your visa.

For ILR, people under 5-year family route must apply using form SET(M)

On the job seekers allowance issue, my first 2.5 years leave to remain visa was not having '' no recourse to public fund '' written at the back of the card but my last 2 (2.5) years visa had , I have not bridged any visa conditions here just to let you know , because the home office wrote the job centre a letter to say I was eligible to claim that was why I claimed the job seekers allowance for those 8 months.
