Traffic offense, child without car seat

Hi,

I have applied for my naturalisation(applied 1year after ILR through 5years skilled worker dependant route) in Feb 2026 and awaiting a decision. Today I was stopped by a traffic officer, as he spotted that my son was sitting on lap, outside car seat. He said I will be prosecuted for this offense and there will be £100 penalty issued and a awareness course will be assigned to complete. Will this anyway impact my ongoing application?
