Visa Fee for TIER 2 Dependant (Health and Care Visa)

A quick question and will appreciate your response. I have my ILR and Nationality.
I submitted application for extension of my partners TIER 2 dependant (Health and Care Visa). She has 1.5 years left to be eligible for ILR (thinking of 5 year route). At the end of application, visa fee has popped up as 628£. I work as doctor. Is it because doctors occupation is no longer on immigration salary list, thats why we are paying a higher amount ?
