Right of Abode for Newborn

Hello, I am british citizen by naturalisation, my first Son was born in the UK and got british passport, now my second son is born in Pakistan, my wife has settled (ILR) status, now we all want to return to the UK immediately as my first son should attend pre-school. Can I apply Right of Abode for my second Son from Pakistan, is it faster than applying for British Passport? What documents are required? Thank you.
