Spouse visa extension

Applying for wife visa extension, what shall we choose for Question 3 . 'If you were required to leave the UK, what country would you go to?' Shall I choose Yes or No, if Yes then what would be the factors ?

Someone URGENT help would really be appreciated.

This is not a yes or a no question. This asks you to name the country that you can legally go to if your visa is denied.

I would suggest listing all the countries that your spouse/applicant has a passport/citizenship of, and/or where they can legally be resident in.

If they are an EEA citizen for instance, that can be any EEA country.

Thanks for your reply. There is yes/no question , My husband is a British citizen and shall I choose Yes or No, as without him how could i Live back home. Your help would be apricated
