I have a pending appeal, and compelled to file another

I have an admission to study Msc. wireless communication systems engineering

I have an appeal pending @ the immigration and tribunal, i still went on and re-applied for entry clearance and was refused, but the ECO decision is contestable, and can negetively influence my pending appeal. The decision: The ECO stated that my neco certificate and my sponsors bank statement are not geninue and gave an automatic refusal for 10 years, which is totally unacceptable from my end. Now my uncle is pissed at the decision and doesnt want to prove anything to the BHC what will do. My o' level is genuine, i know for sure since it my personal effect, and the bank statement is genuine becouse my sponsor represents genuine sponsorship. Where do i start from, what do i do. I need ur advice urgently please

thanks guys for contributing and digesting my odeal. An official from the British High commision called me yesterday informing me that my appeal was successful even without me directly spending a dime. 4 me i know it was God cos since all possible visa application failed, i dedicated the appeal(s) to God. In their mail, They said they would be grateful if i can come to their office anytime from 7am to 7:30 am. Imagine the fustration..lol

What was the reason for the first refusal?

The reason for refusal was that the eco stated that all other security documents stands in isolation as my sponsors (same the eco later said that his bank statement is not geniue in my last application) bank account having a closing balance of £18,000 was insufficent and might not be available
