What are the chances for my ILR application to go through

Hi all,

1. I first came into the UK on 1st of August 2001 on a work permit.
Was out of the country for 4 months (From Dec 2001 to March 2002) as I was hurt and was under medical treatment. I got a letter from my employer written to the immigration officer at airport stating that I was an employee and asking him to allow me back into this country. I also have a doctor certificate stating that I was undergoing a treatment.

2. I have changed employment in August 2002 and the workpermit is changed to the new employer's name.

3. In January 2005 my new employer has put me in one of the group companies and I started recieving pay from the new company. HO was informed about this change and I got a letter stating that I can continue to work in the new company until Sept 2006 (that is when my WP expires). However a new WP application was not made at this point.

I can produce the last three months' bank statements and payslips.

Can some one tell me if there are any complications in this issue. Or, do I need to carry any more supporting documents ?
