if a person have had his asylum application turned down and is asked to leave, but a the same time that person can't be returned to his country of origin.what can happen if the person decides to leave by himself to a country out of the schengen area?will he have problems while crossing illegaly others schengen countries on his way out of the schengen area since he don't have proper documents?
does the fact that he is leaving the schengen area instead of coming in will make him not being arrested for illegal journey in the EU?
since he can't be returned to his country but chooses to go out of EU into a non EU country, would the border officials will just leave him continue his journey out of EU even if he don't have proper documents to cross EU borders?
so what are the risks?
ps:the main reason is that after his asylum seeker was turned down and since he can't be sent back to his country,he looses any financial support and is not allowed to work.so he thought, instead of staying and suffering with the risk of ending up in criminality,it is better to get out of EU even without having the proper documents to cross borders on his way out.
