Accomodation proof for dependent visa

Hi guys
im living in uk for about 5 years. and switched to tier1 visa in aug 2008. Now i want to apply visa for my wife from pakistan. can anybody please tell me what kind of accomodation proofs do i need?

The best accommodation proof that one can provide in this country is some kind of a utility bill or council tax bill
