Cohibitation Contract in Belgium

Hello:

My girlfriend is a Dutch citizen who has been residing in Belgium for the last 20 years. I am a non-EU professional currently working and living in the Netherlands. My work and residence permit restrict me to work for my current employer only.

If we enter into a "samenlevingscontract", presumably in Belgium, would I then be allowed to seek other employment in Belgium as well as the Netherlands? Are there any work restrictions for the spouse as far as a samenlevingscontract is concerned?
