I overstayed in the US..Can i apply for I-601???

I overstayed in the US..Can i apply for I-601???

I used to extend my visa..i did 3 times..but the 3rd time..the visa extension was late so i decided to leave the States..Now i havent seen my family for 6.5 years..
can i apply for I-601 Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility??
My parents are getting old and i have two younger brothers 24& 11..my 11 year old brother's starting to forget me..I graduated from school alone and Got married alone..
