my wife ( usc) filed and I-130 for me last year, she then got her uk visa and came to live here with me (uk).
we just recieved a noitce of approval, and we will now wait and go through the CR1 process.
is that ok now she lives in the uk with me?
or do we have to refile the I-130 at the us embassy in london?
this is really stressing me out!
any help would very much appreciated!
