If u have a work permit I think you can bring your unmarried partner as a dependent, but you need to show you've live as a couple together with lots of proof.

I've a few locations, it's Irland, Chechia and Australia.I don't know if all EU countries have the UMP route like the UK....

Chechnya does have a work permit of sorts - it's called the Russian Army!
I know of a few Russian's who got WP's for CZ, so it's very possible and quite easy (comparatively) for them.
