very worried

Post by mrsdjikogho » Fri Jan 30, 2009 10:50 pm

I moved to ireland from wales 12 years ago my grandmother is irish and she aswell as my mother live here.My 1st husband worked and claimed me and my children on his tax.I had a son born here in 98 and sepperated in 2001 later to divorce and remarry in 2006 to an asylum seeker though i was working before and at the time of our wedding i am now claiming jsa as i left my last employment due to two misscarriges and then later went on to have a son with my husband in may 2008 i now have 4 children and am living in a tourist town and jobs are very seasonal. Will this go against my husband recieving his stamp4.I have a lot of work history of my own aswell as courses i participated in though i was sometimes still getting my one parent allowence and sometimes instead of that getting family income supplument does this all go against my husband even though i have irish blood?Plus i have 2 irish born sons one in 98 and one 2008 by my husband. Please i am hoping for some positive feed back be gentle with me. :? :?

I have just spotted this in the Claiming Benefits section of this Board, but that section is in the UK area. Accordingly I have just moved it here, to the Ireland section, where someone may be able to help you.

Do not worry, your husband should get his "Stamp 4/EUFAM" regardless of your current employment situation.

How are you and your husband presently supporting yourselves? Have you or he been working during the last two years?
