B1/B2 - is valid for tourist visa?

I am Indian citizen, but have US Visa type as R B1/B2. Is this still valid to travell to US for tourism/ to visit family friends?

Did any body travelled like this? If yes what all the document i need to carry ?

Please help me!

Yes, if it has not expired and you continue to qualify as a visitor, etc.
