waiting for the hsmp decision

hello friends
i have applied for hsmp in march and still waiting for the result
i am here on working holiday visa which is till december this year and now i am getting little bit worried about it
i have claimed for 70 points all genuine
5 points for age under 28
15 points of education graduation in comp engineering and
50 points for experience which includes 4 years experience with 1 year experience at senior level
i submited documents on 30 march but never got any reply from hsmp team
then i called them after waitng for 3 weeks 01142591894 and got the reference number
and then they told me that i will get the decision in 1-2 weeks time and the case has been assigned to case worker
and when i called again after 2 weeks they said that the case worker who was looking after my case is on holidays from last 4 weeks
and they going to pass my case to the manager and then i managed to speak to the manager
and he advised me that they will make the decision as soon as possible
this was on 27 may
but till date no decision when ever give them a call they say give it 1-2 weeks
i want to have an advice like i got promoted to next level in the company where i am working at the moment and i am getting senior level job in one another company as well do i need to send the new job offer letter or my promotion letter to the hsmp team
is it going to make any difference
