The following call centres and services are affected by the heavy snow from last night:

Immigration enquiry bureau: The immigration enquiry bureau is closed. Answers to many of the questions that we are asked can be found on this website.

Croydon public enquiry office: The Croydon public enquiry office is closed.

Croydon asylum screening unit: The Croydon asylum screening unit is closed.

Other services are running but may be affected. This web page will be updated throughout the day with details of any other services that have to be reduced or closed.
