USA Previous earnings--how should i proof it

Hi

Please help me to prepare documentation for my previous earning how should i go about it

From march to june 2008 i was in india
from june till now i am in USA



1. In the month of june i dont get any salary as I have taken my mdeical and LTA advance so it got adjusted in final settlement when I was leaving india.
so what should i do about june?
i dont have any june payslip


2. I have taken 4000 dollar advance from companmy when i was travelling to usa 500$ got deduted every month in my US payslip.
I hope it doesn't cause any problem in the earning.


What prooof can I show my US salary
will these work
1. payslip
2. W-2
3. Bank statement
