Particular question about earnings proof.

My earnings claim period is from Dec 07 to Nov 08. All the salary slips have the same heads (heads used to divide the salary b/w) except the november salary slip. I received an award in November and therefore which adds some more money to my november salary and is shown in the nov salary slip as Award. I have used the entire gross salary to calculate my points and have also got a letter from my employer (for salary earned that takes into account this award. Will HO consider this award in calcualting the points?

Please help.

If the Officer doesnt consider the award amount, will ur points fall below 75??

If NO then, don think so much.

yah points will be 85 instead of 90 even if the officer doesnt' consider the award.

Hi,

I have final settlement amount from my Previous employer, this was paid towards long term compensation & Leave encashments. this was paid in the month of November. I have a detailed document for this. My earning claim period is from Jan08-Jan09.

Does the officer consider this Final settlement amount?

If I was not including this amount, I am not qualifying.

Pls suggest me on this.
