Specialist Level Experience

Hi All,

Can some one guide me on Specialist Level Experience pls. I am not able to arrange reference letter from the current employer.

I am in the IT and I have got one letter from my employer, which is around three month old. This letter was issue for the getting admission in the Universities for the higher studies. Can this letter be used for HSMP?

Is Senior Developer comes under Specialist Level Experience?

Your help is highly appreciated.

Unless you can identify someone you can trust with your current employer who can provide a letter, the next best thing is a detailed job description for your position. You should be able to get this from your Human Resources department, or may you still have the description from when you applied for the job. Another option would be your offer letter or appointment letter for your current post.
