Finally got HSMP!! How do I go from WP ?

Finally got my HSMP after 2 applications and almost 12 months of waiting.

Approval Date : 14 June 2005
Their Ref. 014076
Submitted : 16 August 2004...

My Question is :
What is the process for changing from a WP to HSMP? Currently I am on a 5 year Work Permit - do I simply fill in the FLR (IED) send it off with my passport and payment and the WP gets changed to HSMP ?

Is there a lower fee because I've got approved leave to remain for the WP, just the scheme changes - or is it just another money making scheme and I have to pay another £300 odd quid for the HSMP LTR ?

Fill FLR(IED) and send it with all supporting documents. Use special delivery both ways is mu advice.
