Urgent Ilr Dates Help

Hello Guys

I came to uk Nov 2003 on a business visa (Valid from oct 2003 for 6months) and after some training my company applied for work permit,FLR Visa and i got from 8th march 2004 all this time i was in uk.My WP validity starts from 8th march 2004 so i can apply my ILR before 28 days of 8th march 2009(this date i am going to complete my 5 years of stay in UK) am i correct or not.

So i can apply my ILR from 9th Feb 2009

Please help me my understanding is correct or not.

Qualifying Period is NOT determined by the time / date you received the work permit but rather the day / date you entered UK or if you were already in UK, the date of stamp for FLR.

Thanks for your reply.I have got my WP approval and stamping while i was in the UK so my entering date and visa stamping date is same.

In my case 08th march 2004 is starting date of my WP
