Let me know the list of EU countries to which we can process our own work visa. Something like HSMP or TIer-1 Visa of U.K.
Processing the work visa purely by showing the skills and work experience. Without waiting for any employer providing the offer letter and so on.

From what I've read I think the UK is pretty unique in this respect.

Holland has one, kind of but you have to read up on it to understand it
