past income supporting documents??????//

thanks for responses on earlier query.
i m here in uk under HSMP, now i have to apply for extension.my question is about past earning and supporting documents need to be attached.
In the last 12 months i have been employed and self employed as a beautician.for my employment evidence i have got payslips but i m concerned about earnings from my business as i dont get any reciepts from my customers as beauticians usually work on cash basis. but i deposit my gross businesss income in my business account on weekly basis.
my question is what supporting documents do i need from my business income to claim points in Earnings catageory?
can i claim 5 points in UK Experience catageory?
