I have few general questions on tier 1 extension application information and evidences.
1. Wherever there are sections that do not warrant information to be entered, should we leave them as blank or put "--NA--" in here.
2. Is there a order in which the papers have to be arranged? I am providing a cover letter and an enclosure document.
3. As I am applying for an extension under Tier 1 (general), I am not attaching the below mentioned evidences as I had provided them at a time when I applied for HSMP and EC. I am currently in the UK on a HSMP visa (start date: 01 May 2007). Evidences that are not attached are:
a. Qualification: Bachelors marks certificates
b. Marriage Certificate
c. Son's birth certificate (he has a dependent hsmp visa & is 3yrs old)
d. Affidavit of Wife's surname name change (after marriage). The new passport reflects this change and so does her dependent hsmp visa.
e. IELTS certificate (English Language Test)
Can someone with knowledge on these tell me if I am doing the correct thing and not missing out on any mandatory evidences that are required to be provided again even though they were provided as evidences when I applied for HSMP visa.
