It is the same as moving to any other EU member state. See the link below to Directive 2004/38/EC.

You move there and can immediately start working (both of you). The non-EU may be required to apply for a Residence Card within 3 months of arriving.

Are you Egyptian? You may require a visa, but it MUST be issued quickly and at no cost and with no hassle.

You should be able to just apply for the visa and it should be issued quickly.

Is your EU-citizen spouse planning to work in Cyprus? Or study?

- we would like to have more details about the process of moving to Cyprus and apply for a EU Residence from their.

- The Main reason for relocating to Cyprus will be the easy going rules for staying in Cyprus when compared with
The UK tuff laws for Residence specially for the Spouse Visa.

Also the Easy access to Europe , any one here have an experience with getting Visas to Europe from Cyprus for Non-Eu
What are you going to do when you get to Cyprus?

For the first 3 months, your right to reside is unconditional (for both of you), but beyond three months the UK citizen must be working, self-employed, studying or self-sufficient.

You are not required to disclose how much money you have.
maxiy wrote:- Do they will Health Insurance ?
Yes, you must both have health insurance.
maxiy wrote:- What is the minimum time to stay in Cyprus in order to keep the residence
After 5 years of residence, you will both have acquired Permanent Residence status. Is this what you are asking?
maxiy wrote:What other papers they will need
Proof of your citizenships.
Proof that you are resident in Cyprus.
Proof of your relationship.
Proof of your health insurance.
Proof that you are able to support yourselves without becoming a burden on public funds.

You are not required to disclose how much money you have.
But doesn't Article 8(3) say that you need to proof that you are able to support yourself and your family. How can this work without looking at actual financial means?

You're right, and in most cases submission of bank statements may be the only way of proving financial self-sufficiency.
