Change of law

Post by lakeside1234 » Sat Mar 07, 2009 9:14 pm

All this changes are the signs of the times..there is recession in the economy..Govt is under pressure and desperate to stay in power or at least leave with her head held high.
I was wondering what would happen in the case of spouses of british citizens or permanent residents who have been married for over 4 years who otherwise who have been entitled to come to the UK with a ILR or recently with a ILE..what would be their fate in the newly proposed legislation...It would be unfair to scrap that ..and equate them with all other cases. What's your take on this
