Previous Earnings Provement question

I need to extend my 2 year hsmp visa non-JR and my current visa expires on June.

I have bank statements as one prove at the moment.
But the payslips are too simple to use I think: each payslip is a small piece of form (It has bar code and "adams" at the left bottom corner) and the figures inside are written by our accountant. There is no NI number or tax code on this paper.

So I want to use either company letter or P60 to prove my salary.

As far as I know about P60, It covers the date from 6th April 2008 - 5th-April 2009. But I get paid at the end of each month so it is like 1st April 2008 - 31st March 2009. So how can I use it as a prove? Or I cannot use it?

So I guess it will be easy to use company letter as another prove, is that correct?

Yes since you required 2 different sources of proof

1 you have the bank statements other is a letter from your company on their letter head providing complete detais of ur employment and Monthly Gross, net, tax, salary deposited in bank date etc should be better than P60 or simple pay slips

Actually I have checked my P60 from 2007-2008 and I found out it shows exact amount of my total incoming from 1st of April 2007 - 31st of March 2008. Does that mean that I can use P60 2008-2009 to as a prove to my incoming from 1st of April 2008 - 31st of March 2009?

Is that OK to use the following provement for my income point?
12 months bank statement
company letter
P60

BTW, I did search for the format of the company letter but I couldn't find out. Can anyone provide me a link? Thanks

why dont u submit just the bank statements and Employer letter, if u have doubts of excess money things in p60..
is that excess by mistake or there is some mismatch of amount somewhere..
please make sure the bank statement credited amt n that in the employer letter shd match perfectly

There are two things in my case I am not clear:

1. my company name will change in April so when I submit the application, company name on my bank statement will be old one. Do I need an additional letter from my employer to prove my company name is changed on April?

2. Company pay me net pay + expense in one transaction every month so I am not clear how to show gross pay, net pay:
Shall I ask my employer to list the following table:
working period, company name, gross pay, net pay, expense, Actual pay, pay date?

yes it would be better that you gett letter from your employer, explaining the name change.

Yes, you cannot claim your expences. These might be part of your gross income but not claimable. Get a letter from your employer, make a table with gross pay, expences, claimable income, net income. I did the same way and at the moment waiting for the result.

I didn't realize that people could misunderstand that expenses are included in monthly gross pay.

I think I need to ask my employer to make a statement in the employment letter that expenses are not included in the monthly gross pay although they are in the same transaction of net pay. I think it is better to ask employer to add total gross pay, total net pay or even total expenses (not included in gross pay) as well.

Correct me if I am wrong.
