I am a British citizen by birth. My wife is on a spouse visa.

My child was born in the U.K.

Is my child eligible for Child Benefit and Child Tax Credit?

I have moved your topic to the Claiming Benefits section. In this section I invite you to read the pinned topic .... Benefits : affecting ILR.

On doing so you will see that the benefit claims you mention are totally OK, and see why that is the case.
