Can you please apprise me about the different payment options available for paying application fees for Tier1 application?

YA11,

All modes are provided in the application form in first 4 pages.

I don't see it in the four pages. I am looking at the VAF9 application form. From the website, I can see these three payment options:
1) Designated banks
2) Demand Drafts
3) At Visa office

I wanted to know whether it is possible to pay at the visa office by credit card.
