PS- Refusal- failure to disclose material fact

hiya i've made my application of PSW in last October and just got it back with a letter from HO which saying my application has been refused. i am preparing my appeal now and i would like to know does anyone has a same situation with me and what is the result of the Appeal??

Please help, really worry.

yes and i've paid a fine and my licence has been suspended for a year. so do u have a same problem as mine?

No, I don't drink and drive - but I know not declaring it if you have is plain daft, but not as daft as doing it the first place. Paying the fine doesn't absolve you.

Appeal is pointless, sorry.

guys i would like to know onething.
i got 3 points on my licence for exceeding speed limit.
for that i paid fine. but i didn't go to court
do you think it is traffice offence?

Of course not, that is just a traffic offence, and is not on your criminal record.

But drink-driving and then being brought to court, with licence suspended, is pretty much a conviction, even if it did not involve any jail term.
