Tier 1 - Sufficient Funds in multiple accounts

Hi

I have worked in US for 4 months in this year and I have transferred 5000$ from my US bank account to Indian bank account on 6th of January.

The transaction took 5 days and amount got credited only on 12th of January into my ICICI bank account due to the foreign exchange conversion time taken by ICICI.

I want to apply for the VISA and I cannot show that my Indian bank account had more than 2800GBP as the money exists in the bank account only from 12th of January.

But US bank account had more than 5000$ from 31st December 2008 to 6th January 2009 and I have the required statement to prove it.

Can you tell me what should I do in this kind of situation, can I write in the covering letter that the money transfer took 5 days ( for which I can get proof from ICICI) and that is the reason I did not have money in my Indian bank account...

Please please advice....
