Filling dependent Application Question H4.

I am the main applicant and I am applying for HSMP extension ( non-JR) for me and my wife as dependant.

While Filling the dependant application in section H4 -

"H4. Has the main applicant applied to have his/her application assessed in accordance with paragraphs 39-42 of the HSMP Forum Ltd. Judicial Review Policy Document?"

which one we should select Yes or No.
