Can someone please confirm me this..
Do we need to consider Gross salary or Net salary for Previous earnings calculation

If you have confusion on that basic a point then, it would not be imprudent for me to advise you that you read the guidance notes carefully. There are many other subtle points in there which may lead to rejection if not addressed/followed properly.

It would have to be gross. Otherwise, given the high(er) rate of taxation in the UK, hardly anyone would qualify for the scheme.

Have you read the guidance notes carefully?

Please refer to the guidance notes page 20 for the text below



"102. employment, we will assess the applicant’s gross salary before tax. This includes self-employed applicants who draw a salary from their businesses. If the applicant earned the money in a country with no tax system, we will consider his/her total earnings for the period."
