Dear all,
My cousin in pakistan applied student visa 1 year before,he been refused on finacial grounds,luckily he won appeal from AIt,than last month,bhc islamabad pakistan send them letter that send us following,
passport,college letter+tb test.
he send all three,but they refused him saying that they have checked same statement which is available 1 year before and inform him in refusal that now balance is so less,and we cant give you visa.

Issue is that they dont ask him for up todate statement,also his sponsor changed the bank and he got plenty money in other bank means he switch his account to other bank.

wat you all think he can do now?

Lodge a fresh application, new bank statements .....

DO he need college letter which is in uk sponsor list,or he been deal in old criteria.
