Vander Elst Visa for switzerland

Hi,

Has any one applied for Van der Elst Visa before.

I have a limited company in UK. Can i apply for a vander elst visa to work in switzerland on behalf of my limited company.

Van der Elst Visa are derived from EU law. As Switzerland is not part of the EU they may not issue such visa.
