Need your help guys for appeal

Hi,

After a long wait had refusal from HO due to bank statement which I had submitted were printouts and were stamped, but without my name and address.

I would like to appeal for this reason, can anyone guide me in this case. Should I appeal by myself or hire a solicitor which is going to cost me around £750.

I would be greateful if anyone can guide me with this regard.

U must be out of your mind not getting a solicitor, I think it is a psychological factor as well, I think if the caseworker knows ur represented by a solicitor, it might work in your favour, please do not worry too much about the money, if you want peace of mind and sanity, get a solicitor, but discuss all options first, eat his brains out, it is your money and NEGOTIATE.

Always go with a solicitor... there are ppl who lost their easy cases cuz of no representative....

Always go with a solicitor... there are ppl who lost their easy cases cuz of no representative....

£750..hmmm.. too cheap to be a good lawyer.. Mine is costing £1400 exluding barrister in London though I think the key/crusial person here is the barrister.
